What official code of conduct do organisations have to adhere to in order to receive Welsh Government funding?

Any recipient of Welsh Government funding will be required to adhere to the terms and conditions of that funding. There is no single ‘code of conduct’ as there may be different appropriate requirements for different types of transactions, sectors and funding purpose.
