Will the Minister confirm how many students took part in Taith in 2022/23?
Funding allocated through Taith’s first 2022 Pathway 1 call is expected to support 3581 learner mobilities from Wales to take part in educational activities overseas. The first successful Pathway 1 projects started in September, and some are due to take place over multiple years.
Applications to a second Pathway 1 call and the first Pathway 2 call are currently being assessed. These will provide further opportunities for learners and staff across Wales to benefit from international exchange. Pathway results will be published once the assessment process has concluded. Information on funding outcomes is available on the Taith website (www.taith.wales) and is updated regularly as providers amend their project plans throughout the duration of the project. Actual figures will be confirmed at project end.
