What conversations is the Minister having with councils that still means-test home adaptation support for those with motor neurone disease?

Home adaptations are very important in helping people to stay independent in their own homes, reducing hospital admissions, and facilitating hospital discharges. 19 of the 22 local authorities no longer means test small and medium-sized adaptations and I will be writing to three authorities so they can clarify their intentions.
