Will the Minister clarify how many energy company obligation (ECO4) schemes have been taken up by each of the 22 local authorities in Wales?

The ECO4 scheme is a UK Government led scheme. Welsh Government do not hold information on the number of installs carried out in each Welsh local authority in the same way we do for our own Warm Homes Programme.
