Will the regulation of hairdressers be included in the forthcoming public health bill, and if not, could reasons be provided?

As stated by the First Minister, the Public Health (Wales) Bill will be re-introduced as it was at Stage 3 in the previous Assembly, minus the provisions on the use of e-cigarettes in public places. The regulation of hairdressing will therefore not be included in the Public Health (Wales) Bill at introduction into the Assembly which is currently scheduled for 7 November.
