Will the First Minister set out the details of the new 'machinery for inter-governmental relations' that he said he and the Prime Minister discussed?

The Review of Intergovernmental Relations sets out the agreed machinery and was published in January 2022.
The machinery comprises 3 tiers:
- Top Tier (the Prime Minister and Heads of Devolved Governments Council – ‘the Council’);
- Middle Tier (the Interministerial Standing Committee – ‘IMSC’; the Finance Interministerial Standing Committee – ‘F:ISC’); and
- Tier 1 (Portfolio level Interministerial Groups – ‘IMGs’).
