Will the Minister provide an update on the progress being made on the promised carers' register?

Conversations about the feasibility of a register for unpaid carers are ongoing. It has been discussed with members of the Ministerial Advisory Group on Unpaid Carers, officials leading on data collection within the Social Services and Integration Directorate and Digital Health Communities Wales.
We continue to work with the Ministerial Advisory Group and unpaid carers with an interest in this issue to fully consider the costs and viability of the proposal.
