The Welsh Government does not hold this information.
We publish information on the number of dwellings which are exempt from council tax under the Class U exemption. Class U applies to properties occupied only by people with a severe mental impairment. In 2022-23, it is estimated that there are 5,291 dwellings in Wales which are exempt for this reason.
