What discussions has the First Minister had with the UK Government concerning the new plan to better manage asylum seekers?

Following the Prime Minister’s statement on 13 December, Welsh Government Officials were notified by the Home Office of new legislation being introduced with regard to claiming asylum in the UK.
The Minister for Social Justice has written to Robert Jenrick MP, Minister for Immigration requesting a meeting to discuss how any changes being introduced will be implemented in Wales.
