An update on Health Education and Improvement Wales’ (HEIW) contribution to the implementation of the workforce strategy was provided to the November HEIW board meeting. Overall, HEIW report good implementation progress against the 32 phase 1 actions, with phase 2 actions currently in development. HEIW remain satisfied that the ambitions set out in 2020 are achievable.
