What discussions has the Minister had with Ministerial colleagues regarding a multi-annual financial settlement for the agricultural sector?

I regularly meet the Minister for Finance and Local Government. The three-year settlement received from the UK Government following the 2021 Spending Review, operates within annualised budgets. Had we remained in the EU, we would have received full funding to implement a new multi-year programme for farming and rural development.
