What consideration has the Welsh Government given to making the active travel bids process more concise for local authorities given that some are 50 pages and it is taking officers away from delivery?

We are currently making changes to the application form and process for the Active Travel Fund for 2023/24. These reflect feedback from local authorities following the last award and seek to reduce the amount of work required, whilst still ensuring that there is a rigorous basis on which funding decisions can be made.
