What additional support is being provide by Welsh Government to cover the increased costs and resources needed, in light of local authorities being asked to include active travel routes in the highway maintenance winter gritting programme?

Active travel infrastructure should be incorporated in each local authority’s maintenance regime, in the same way as other infrastructure assets.
