What consideration has the Welsh Government given to replicating England's onshore wind planning policy?

The Welsh Government has its own up-to-date and effective national planning policy to plan for and manage the development of onshore wind. This is set out in Planning Policy Wales and Future Wales. This existing policy framework will improve resilience and help deliver the Welsh Government’s renewable and low carbon energy goals.
