Following the Welsh Government plans to establish a publicly owned energy company to develop renewable projects, will the Minister confirm whether land owners affected by these projects will be compensated?

The renewable energy developer will be taking forward projects on the Welsh Government Woodland Estate, which will limit any potential impact on landowners. We will work directly with people near any project should any development impact on other landowners.
