Will the Minister provide an update on its plans to create a community bank for Wales?

We are committed to the creation of a Community Bank in Wales and I have been engaging regularly with Monmouthshire Building Society, who are developing a commercial investment proposal to support this ambition.
I hope to receive further information on the timetable for receipt of the proposal in January 2023, when the Minister for Social Justice and I are scheduled to meet with the Society.
