Welsh Government has undertaken regular consultation with local stakeholders, particularly Carmarthenshire CC, and the South Wales Trunk Road Agency to develop an Active Travel scheme along the A40 between St Clears and existing cycle lane near the B4298 junction. The scheme is currently at the detailed design stage where a full costing is being developed.
