Will the Minister provide an update on a retention strategy for nurses employed by NHS Wales?

We recognise the importance of improving the retention of staff working in the NHS and the sustainability of the workforce is paramount. Health Education and Improvement Wales is developing a Nurse Retention Strategy and we are developing a National Workforce Implementation Plan which will set out our multistranded approach to building and supporting the entire workforce.
