Will the Minister clarify the terms the developers of Adventure Parc Snowdonia had to agree to receive millions of pounds in Welsh Government grants?

The terms and conditions for the grant awarded to Adventure Parc Snowdonia Hotel included achieving a target net capital development spend of £11.2m, an evidenced funding package, creating a 4 Star Hilton Garden Inn that is open throughout the year, and the creation of 65 full-time equivalent jobs. We also require all our grant recipients to accept our general terms and conditions.
