Further to WQ86385 and WQ86386, will the Minister provide a breakdown of how any unspent or returned money previously earmarked for COVID-19 business support was reallocated by the Welsh Government?

A total of £2.6bn was spent during 2020 to 2022 providing over 300k aid grants to businesses that were impacted by the Covid pandemic. Every eligible business that applied was supported resulting in the budget meeting demand in full.
We accessed covid delivery funding as part of the wider approach taken by the Cabinet. Any unspent funding was used to support other forms of support where take up in one area was less than anticipated.
