The Welsh Government publishes information to help correspond with Ministers here - Contacting Welsh Government ministers, in addition to specific information for elected representatives. We aim to respond to correspondence within 17 working days and provide acknowledgements stating a target date for response. Correspondence handling and performance is regularly monitored.
