What steps is the Minister taking to review the working practices of Rent Smart Wales?

Welsh Government officials are part of both the RSW Advisory Group, made up of senior local authority officials, and the RSW Stakeholder Group which includes representatives from across the private rented sector. The Advisory Group has a formal role in monitoring the performance of RSW. The Stakeholder group gives the wider sector a chance to review and provide comments on RSW’s performance statistics.
A full external evaluation of RSW will be commissioned next year. This will build on the evaluation work that previously undertaken: Evaluation of Rent Smart Wales: Implementation and Delivery | GOV.WALES
