Will the Minister confirm when the Welsh Government will announce a decision with regards to the planning appeal from Persimmon on whether 300 homes can be built near Cefn Fforest Caerphilly which had been expected in September?

The Inspector’s report on the recovered appeal has been received by officials. The report is being actively considered and a decision will be issued as soon as practicable.
