What discussions has the Minister had with Bridgend Council and Valleys to Coast social housing landlord on the lack of a sustained dowry or ongoing major repairs allowance (MRA) following housing stock transfer?

I have received a copy of ‘The Missing Piece in Our Plans for a Better Bridgend’ report by Valleys to Coast and will consider this in due course.
I have not discussed the contents of the report with either Bridgend Council or Valleys to Coast. However, my officials meet with social landlords on a regular basis and wider discussions are ongoing about the funding challenges for the sector.
