Will the Minister confirm how the one-off £200 cash payment from local authorities as part of the fuel support scheme has been funded?

The Welsh Government carried forward £180m of funding from 2021-22, outside the normal Wales Reserve arrangements, to respond to the cost of living crisis. The total package, covering 2021-22 and 2022-23 which was outlined as part of our 2022-23 Final Budget was worth more than £330m. The £90m for the Winter Fuel Support Scheme in 2022-23 forms part of that package.
