What discussions has the Welsh Government cabinet had regarding the need for a COVID inquiry for Wales, and what date did the cabinet decide not to proceed?

The focus of the Welsh Government has always been on playing a full part in the UK Covid-19 Public Inquiry, which encompasses the experience of coronavirus across the United Kingdom, including Wales.  The UK Covid-19 Inquiry is actively exploring the decisions made, and actions taken, in Wales.  Minutes of all Cabinet meetings are published and form the public record of Cabinet proceedings.
