What action is the Welsh Government taking to make it easier for owners of leasehold properties to extend their lease at an affordable price?

The Welsh Government, together with the UK Government, tasked the Law Commission to consider ways to reduce the costs of leasehold enfranchisement. We are working with the UK Government to bring forward legislation on an England and Wales basis to enact the recommendations of the Law Commission.
