How many homes does the Welsh Government aim to support the sale of through the third phase of the Help to Buy - Wales scheme?

When I announced a phase 3 of Help to Buy in Wales a delivery target was not set. I did, however, commit to delivering a two year consumer demand led scheme targeted at potential homeowners who would not otherwise have access to an affordable mortgage. Phase 3 provided an opportunity to make some changes to the scheme, to ensure the Welsh Government’s subsidy is targeted towards those who need it most. The scheme remains consumer demand led with 1,208 completed purchases taking place in the last financial year.
