Will the Minister confirm whether all staff working in mental health services are given equalities training?

Equality and Human Rights training is mandatory for all NHS staff in Wales, including mental health staff. The Equality and Diversity e-learning module ‘Treat me Fairly’ is one of the core competencies within the NHS UK Core Skills Training Framework. All NHS staff are required to undertake this training on a three-yearly basis, which can be accessed via ESR.
