What consideration has the Minister given to the implications of the price cap for bus services that cross the English and Welsh border?

We have been working for some time on the practicalities of our own scheme to transform bus services across Wales which includes a radical look at the fares and ticketing offer for passengers. Whilst it will be the responsibility of the UK Government to administer the bus fare capping scheme recently introduced in England, we have met with them to offer our assistance to ensure the scheme runs smoothly on cross border services.
