Will the Minister publish a copy of the 2018 BOP Consulting report commissioned by Green Man and used to make a case to the Welsh Government of the economic benefit of purchasing Gilestone Farm?

The BOP Consulting report was commissioned by Green Man and publication is not therefore a matter for the Welsh Government.
