What support is the Welsh Government providing to individuals that are providing humanitarian aid to Ukraine?

The Welsh Government has donated £4 million to the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) to assist the humanitarian aid effort being delivered on the ground in Ukraine, and surrounding countries. Nearly £14 million has been donated in total from Wales so far.
The Welsh Government advises individuals who would like to help, to make a cash donation to organisations responding to the crisis in Ukraine, allowing for emergency relief goods to be sourced quickly and locally.
