Will the Minister confirm whether the owner and director of Green Man festival is expected to live at Gilestone Farm?

Following receipt of the outline business plan in October 2021, a further, detailed business plan for the proposed use of Gilestone Farm has been received and is currently undergoing robust due diligence in line with the Welsh Government’s standard processes. We will not comment on any individual elements that may or may not be included in this business plan until the process is complete in order to maintain the integrity of the process.
