What economic assessment has the Welsh Government conducted of the impact of freezing new road building projects in Wales?

The decision to review road building schemes is part of the delivery of our Wales Transport Strategy. The Integrated Sustainability Appraisal confirmed that the strategy would have a positive effect on the Welsh economy. The appraisal is available here.
