Will the Minister confirm if all developers who were contacted regarding the remediation of buildings with fire safety issues met the 31 July 2022 deadline to sign the Welsh Government’s developer’s pact?

We are working closely with the Home Builders Federation, who are representing a number of our developers in discussions in respect of the Welsh Government Developer’s Pact.
The Pact has been sent to the thirteen developers who attended the 11 July meeting. One developer has already signed the Pact (Countryside), and we anticipate that other developers will sign up to the document shortly.
A further meeting has been scheduled with developers to take place early in the new term to continue discussions.
