Will the Commission confirm how many printers are provided on the Senedd estate for exclusive use by the Welsh Government and who will meet the printing costs once charges are introduced for communal printers on 12 September 2022?

The Commission does not provide any printers for use by the Welsh Government within their accommodation in Ty Hywel. Senedd Members are provided with printers in their Senedd offices to support their Senedd activities. In addition, the Commission provides shared printers for Senedd Member and Commission staff use that are located in Commission common areas within Ty Hywel that can only be accessed using a valid Senedd Security Card which is linked to the individuals Senedd ICT account.
