What discussions has the Minister and her officials had regarding the delay to starting the construction of the Velindre Cancer Centre in Cardiff from 27 March 2023 to 27 March 2025?

I would like to assure you that my officials are in regular contact with the Programme team that are delivering the construction of the new Velindre Cancer Centre. I can confirm that the construction start date is still programmed to be in Spring 2023 with the centre ready to welcome its’ first patients in Summer 2025.
