Why was there no due diligence carried out before Welsh Government bought Gilestone Farm?

The Welsh Government carried out the usual due diligence processes on the property before purchase.
Further due diligence will now be undertaken in relation to the full business plan and will include assessments on any potential constraints on activities Green Man may wish to undertake, taking account of environmental and other considerations.
