Will the Minister confirm when the Welsh Government expects to receive the final report from the roads review panel and when will the outcome of the final report be announced?

In February, I said I expected to receive the panel’s final report in the summer. My understanding from the chair is that the report will be submitted in the coming weeks. We will carefully consider the report and advice. We will publish our response to the report once that process is complete.
