What discussions has the Welsh Government had with the new Secretary of State for Wales on progress to ensure the devolution of policing and justice powers, as contained in the Cooperation Agreement 2021?

The new Secretary of State for Wales only took office on 7 July and does not have ministerial responsibility for justice and policing. The Welsh Government continues to pursue the case for the devolution of policing and justice, as committed to in the Programme for Government, referenced in the Cooperation Agreement and detailed in the recent publication Delivering Justice for Wales.
