Did Welsh Government analyse Green Man's finances and whether it would be able to purchase Gilestone Farm for itself, before the Welsh Government agreed to purchase it?

This will be determined from the business plan which my officials are currently analysing and due diligence on the finances of Green Man will be undertaken before committing to any deal.
