Our most recent annual data for the proportion of food from Welsh producers and suppliers sold in the Senedd and Ty Hywel for 2021/22 is 74%.
The Senedd is committed to maximising and increasing where possible the use of Welsh produce and supplies within the catering service. The use of Welsh supplies within the catering service is monitored and forms part of our overall corporate KPI for Welsh suppliers which is published within our Annual report.
