What discussions has the Minister had with the WRU with regards to the restructuring of the regional system in Wales?

I have regular discussions with the Welsh Rugby Union on a range of matters. It is a matter for the WRU, as the governing body, to work with the regions and to make decisions for the benefit of the game in Wales.
