Will the Minister outline the key features of the net zero Wales skills action plan prior to its publication?

There is a £1m commitment for this financial year to develop a pilot to test initial findings on developing and delivering future net zero skills needs. The aim of the plan is to set out how we will support businesses and learners in a just transition to net zero. The Wales Net Zero Skills Plan will align with the industries set out in the Wales Net Zero Plan, these are:
- Electricity and heat generation
- Transport
- Buildings
- Industry and Business
- Agriculture
- Land use change and forestry
- Waste management
- Public sector
I will issue a statement on the key features of the Net Zero Skills Action plan prior to its publication, which is provisionally planned to be published in December 2022.
