What consideration has the Welsh Government given to introducing licensing requirements for business offering aesthetic procedures such as botox and dermal filler treatments?

We are currently focusing on introducing licensing arrangements for the four designated special procedures set out in the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017 - tattooing, body piercing, acupuncture and electrolysis. Once they are introduced, we will consider adding other cosmetic procedures to the scheme, which would involve a full consultation process and consideration of the evidence.
