Will the Minister provide an update on the recent Welsh Government consultation on permitted development rights and confirm whether it intends to retain COVID-19 arrangements for trading on highways?

We received 132 responses to the consultation which closed on 15 February. Responses to the consultation are being considered and a government response will be issued later this year.
