What plans do the Welsh Government have for the Prince of Wales dock in Swansea?

There are no immediate plans to expand water-based uses at the Prince of Wales Dock. The last cost estimate for the delivery of a commercial marina was estimated at around £25 million. As a consequence and given other commitments it is not being considered as a priority at present. Welsh Government is continuing to investigate options to complete the pedestrian and cycle loop of the Prince of Wales Dock.
