The figures include the yearly funding that each local authority receives via their Local Sport Plan, as well as funding directly invested into community clubs in each local authority area. This is not an exhaustive list, given the cross-border nature of funding and the indirect funding that supports activities within individual communities. Therefore, these figures exclude funding for National Governing Bodies and other national partners, grants for special projects, and Covid-related funding through the Freelancer and Private Provider Funds.
