The purchase prices (excluding VAT) of the 3 properties purchased for economic development purposes since May 2021 are as follows:
- Former Stadco Factory, Llanfyllin - £1,600,000
- Development Plot, Llandeilo - £50,000
- Gilestone Farm, Talybont upon Usk - £4,250,000
