What role does the Minister have in relation to authorising the Welsh Government’s land purchases for business purposes?

Since May 2021, Welsh Government has acquired 3 properties in support of Economic Development activity.
With the exception of any proposals in my constituency, land and property acquisitions undertaken to support economic development are the subject of formal advice from officials and the decision rests with me.
